Peer-to-Peer is a unique, experiential learning program for people with any serious mental illness who are interested in establishing and maintaining their wellness and recovery. 

NAMI Peer-to-Peer is an 8-session recovery-focused course for adults with mental health conditions.
 
  • Free and confidential
  • Held weekly for two hours
  • Led by peers with mental health conditions
  • A great resource for information on mental health and recovery
  • Offers respect, understanding, encouragement and hope
  • Builds on the strength and resilience of participants
Classes are open only to individuals living with a serious mental illness.
​The course provides an opportunity for mutual support and growth. Experience compassion and understanding from people who relate to your experiences. This is a place to learn more about recovery in an accepting environment. NAMI Peer-to-Peer helps you:
  • Set a vision and goals for the future
  • Partner with health care providers
  • Develop confidence for making decisions
  • Practice relaxation and stress reduction tools
  • Share your story
  • Strengthen relationships
  • Enhance communication skills
  • Learn about mental health treatment options
